The recent petrol price increase did bring some good. People all over have been quick to share very useful fuel saving tips on how you can optimize the fuel usage in your engines and save on petrol. I recently picked up some other great fuel stretch tips shared by one of the leading petrol companies, Shell.

• Try to keep to the optimum speed which is suitable for your car
• Change your oil regularly and use a high quality motor oil
