Here’s more 2009 Feng Shui tips by Feng Shui Grand Master Yap Cheng Hai ahead for the Year of the Ox and how you can best handle your money.

Is it a good year ahead?

Grand Master Yap has predicted a tough year ahead and just like the namesake of the Ox, everyone will need to start working harder and “toiling their respective fields” to see this year through successfully.

Read on for some practical tips he has shared.

  • Work hard and not be lazy.
  • Be thrifty.
  • Keep cash.
  • Avoid dubious get rich quick schemes.

And specially for those born in the Year of the Ox and the Year of the Sheep, he warns for them to be very careful as it is not a good year ahead for them and they should avoid unnecessary risks.

“For those born under the Sheep sign, do not do any digging, repairs or renovation, especially the south-west area,” he said, adding that they should keep quiet and assume a low profile.

Yap said the third and fifth days of the Chinese New Year would be best time to start work and they should go in before 9am and not after 9.30am. (source)
